Nollywood actress Sunshine Rosman has signed out from the University of Lagos after seven years of study.

The award winning film star announced the milestone on Instagram on Tuesday, sharing photos from her sign out ceremony.

She described her time at the university as challenging, but credited her friends for helping her persevere. She said the past seven years had been difficult, but that they had overcome and made it through together. She also expressed gratitude to God and thanked her friends for being part of the journey.

Rosman was born to a Nigerian mother from Imo State and a Canadian father. She began her career as a model alongside her sisters before moving into small acting roles in 2015, and later gained wider recognition for her role in the 2024 film Perfect Match.

She has since featured in several Nollywood productions, including When Love Strikes and the Netflix hit To Kill A Monkey, where she played the character Amanda Sparkles. Her other credits include The Waiter, Cloud 9 and Things We Do For Love.

The actress has also modelled for brands including Melira, Miel Official and Shop Riran.
