Nigeria’s representative at Miss Grand International 2026, Ifeoma Uzogheli, has taken her place on the pageant’s biggest stage, appearing in an evening gown at the preliminary competition, which held on October 7 at the MGI Hall at Bravo BKK in Bangkok, Thailand. The preliminary round is where the delegates are seen up close by the judges before the field is narrowed for the final, and it is traditionally where the evening gown look is first shown to the world.
The competition now moves to the grand final on Saturday, October 10 at 7 p.m. Bangkok time, which is 1 p.m. in Lagos. It will stream live on the Grand TV YouTube channel, with reigning queen Emma Tiglao set to crown her successor at the end of the night. She will be joined at the pageant’s events by fellow Grand Queens CJ Opiaza, Luciana Fuster and Isabella Menin.
